Description Great War Victory Medal named to 7627 PTE. A. POOLER. R. SCOTS. Alfred Pooler entered France 7th September 1914, thus awarded the 1914 Medal trio. Wounded serving 2nd Battalion, Royal Scots (Lothian Regiment), he was listed as Wounded on the Casualty List 28th December 1914, entitled to wear a Wound Stripe. He later transferred to 452nd H.S. Labour Corps 20093 on 8th June 1917.
