Accompanied by a photograph postcard and the embossed booklet of his “Small Book”. It is embossed to No. 908 T. LANE. B. COY. 1st 5th Fusiliers. A good copy of the Memorial Roll is also included. The Small Book confirms that Tracey Lane enlisted at Woolwich 24th February 1905 at the age of 18 years for 9 years and 3 months. He was born in Woolwich and was a labourer by profession. His parental family and siblings lived at 55 Nightingale Road, Woolwich.
